The property conveniently has 3 off-street parking spaces in the driveway in front of the house. Dine inside with central air conditioning or outside on your backyard patio after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked for eating in with cooking utensils, pots and pans, a coffee maker, and espresso machine. Located nearby you can take a nature hike at South Cape May Meadows Nature Preserve located a short 12 minute walk or 3 minute bike ride away. For 2024 the property has a seasonal beach box on Broadway Beach for guests to use during their stay during the summer season. The owner also leaves beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and Cape May City beach tags for your use as well. This property supplies blankets and pillows for your stay. Guests will need to bring with them sheets/linens for the beds, bath towels, beach towels, and any other linens needed. Any bookings placed will have a $65 processing fee, $150 cleaning fee, and a refundable $400 security deposit in addition to the rent. Security deposit cannot be paid with a credit card.
