Saturday, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. and Sunday
11A.M. to 3 P.M.
Reservations: A 50% deposit is required
upon signing of the lease. The balance remaining is
due in full no later than 30 days prior to the
check-in date. After this date, personal checks will
not be accepted. Credit cards are not honored. All
payments must be in U.S. Funds. Personal checks from
persons other than tenant named in lease are not
accepted.
Damage and Cleaning Deposits: Some owners
require damage and cleaning deposits. When required,
SUCH DEPOSITS ARE TO BE MADE PAYABLE DIRECTLY TO THE
OWNER BY SEPARATE CHECK AND FORWARDED TO Coastline
Realty TOGETHER WITH FINAL RENT PAYMENT NO LATER
THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN DATE. If the property
is left clean and orderly with no damage, the owner
is required to refund the deposit within 7 days,
unless a telephone is provided, in which case the
owner holds the deposit until the telephone bill is
received to insure that no toll calls have been
charged against the phone account. If there is any
damage caused by the tenant, or the premises are not
left clean and orderly, or toll calls have been
charged against the telephone, the owner may deduct
an appropriate amount from the deposit.
Renting Property Sight Unseen: Prospective
tenants have the right to personally inspect all
rental units offered by Coastline Realty prior to
signing a lease and we recommend that you do so
whenever possible. While every attempt is made to
accurately describe each property, not everyone
hearing a description will imagine things the same
way. Properties are not rented subject to approval
upon arrival. If you refuse a property, you remain
responsible for the full amount of the rent as
provided under, “CANCELLATIONS,” below.
Cancellations: In he event a tenant elects
to cancel a lease, the tenant remains responsible
for the total amount of the lease unless the
property can be re-rented for the same period at no
loss to the owner, in which case, any amounts paid
on account will be refunded to the tenant, less a
re-rental charge of 12% of the amount of the lease.

Rental Period: All rentals run from
Saturday to Saturday.
Check-In Time: Keys may be picked-up
between 2:00 P.M. & 4:00 P.M. on the check-in date.
If you cannot arrive by this time, please make
arrangements with your agent. PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR
KEYS PRIOR TO THIS TIME. Owners need time between
rentals in order to check properties to insure that
they are clean and orderly.
Check-Out Time: Rentals expire promptly on
Saturdays at 10:00 A.M. This means that all cleaning
and packing should be planned so that keys can be
returned to the Coastline Realty office by this
deadline. Tenants are responsible for the property
until all keys have been returned. Keys are not to
be left in the property, nor are they to be given to
any third party. If you leave before the office
opens, you may deposit keys through the mail slot in
the office door.
Pets: Pets, regardless of to whom they
belong, are not permitted in or on the rental
premises. Please, therefore, make arrangements to
leave your pet(s) at home.
Television: Most properties are equipped
with television cable service. Some owners, as a
courtesy, provide television sets. However, if the
television becomes inoperable during your stay, we
are not authorized to service or replace the set.
Therefore, if watching TV is an important part of
your vacation, it is advisable to bring your own
portable TV set.
Beach Tags: Most owners do not provide
beach tags. If they are provided, it is a courtesy
from the owner and not part of the rental.
Maximum Occupancy: Every lease clearly
specifies the maximum number of occupants permitted
by the owner. This number included all overnight
guests as well as infants. Local authorities
strictly enforce limits.
Special Requirements: If, due to handicap,
health or other reasons, any member of your rental
party has special requirements, be sure to inform
the agent of the nature of the problem so that the
agent can take this into consideration when
recommending accommodations.
