Holli Cappelli was born and raised in Pennsylvania and moved to Cape May, NJ, which she now calls home with her partner, a local commercial fisherman Doug and their beloved dog Bree. Before diving into the world of real estate, Holli spent several years as a bartender and waitress at two popular local restaurants., The Lobster House / Raw Bar and the Inn of Cape May / Aleathea’s Restaurant. Working in the hospitality industry has allowed Holli to develop excellent communication skills.

Holli strives to build lasting relationships with her clients through understanding and open communication. With a deep passion for helping others, Holli seamlessly transitioned into the Real Estate Industry. Holli’s love for the local community and knowledge of the area has proven invaluable in her real estate endeavors.

When she is not assisting buyers and sellers, Holli has a range of hobbies and interests. She has a deep love for cooking, inspired by her Mother, and enjoys the beach, biking, fishing, and boating. She frequently golfs, hitting the links with Doug and spending time with her family, friends, and dog Bree.
