 Steve was born in Northern New Jersey and has lived all around the state, settling in Cape May County in 2020 when he married his wife, Valerie Sheets, a resident of Cape May, her whole life. Steve has quickly grown roots in the community and is the Athletic Director at Holy Spirit High School in Absecon. 

A highly successful coach and administrator, Steve is excited to bring his winning ways to the world of real estate and the Coastline Realty team.  As the head baseball coach at Holy Spirit, Steve has led the Spartans to two state championships (in 2015 and 2021) in his tenure, while the other athletic programs he oversees have had similar success on and off the field. 

Steve obtained his real estate license this year so he can spread his winning ways to the residents and future residents of Cape May. He hopes to help you take the next step to either sell your current home and create a new experience or buy your dream home so YOU can experience everything he gets to experience every day living in this beautiful place he calls home. His passion and attention to detail will be evident to every client he works with.
