There is a shared hallway bathroom with shower and tub combination, handicapped bars if needed. The back of the home offers another living space with a queen size pull-out sofa bed, washer and dryer, television and additional seating for the kitchen. The backyard features an outside shower, gas grill and seating for four people. The yard is fenced in. This home includes one bike for guest use, four beach chairs, one beach umbrella and beach toys. The shed will be set up with a game table sofa and also can be used for storage. ALL GUEST ARE TO BRING THEIR OWN LINENS AND BEACH TOWELS FOR THEIR STAY.
