Absolutely! We welcome walk-ins during regular business hours for rentals, sales inquiries, and general assistance. Our knowledgeable staff is always happy to help you find the perfect Cape May getaway or answer any questions you may have.  During business hours we have multiple licensed agents available to assist you if you stop by!

Vacation Rentals

Absolutely! We offer a wide selection of over 90 pet-friendly vacation rentals throughout Cape May, West Cape May, Cape May Point, and Lower Township. Whether you're traveling with a furry friend of any size, we have the perfect spot for you and your pet to relax and enjoy the Jersey Shore.

Beach tags: Some of our vacation rental owners may include beach tags for Cape May or Cape May Point in their offerings. This will be noted in the amenities on each individual rental. If you're unsure, you can always confirm with your rental agent during booking. Beach tags are available for purchase in Cape May and Cape May Point at each beach entrance or dedicated booths and can be purchased when you arrive at the beach!

Great question! While short stays (under 7 days) might be limited during peak summer months between Memorial Day and Labor Day, we understand the desire for a quick getaway. The good news is we offer hundreds of Cape May rentals that allow stays as short as 2 or 3 nights outside of peak season!

If you can't find what you are looking for on our website for a shorter stay, please contact us directly as our team of experienced agents can assist and provide the best options to fit the dates you are searching for.

Security deposits are mailed back to the address on your lease agreement within 30 days of your check-out date. On average, you can expect to receive it in 15-21 days after your departure.  For full security deposit terms, please reference your vacation rental lease.

Cape May offers something special year-round!

  • Summer Fun (Mid-June through Early-September): This is the peak season with perfect beach weather, ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying the lively atmosphere. Expect larger crowds and many families vacationing here.

  • Shoulder Seasons (Late-April through Early-June & Mid-September through October): The crowds thin out, but most businesses remain open, offering warm weather and plenty of opportunities for beach days. These shoulder seasons are particularly stunning for birdwatchers with a large influx of migratory birds and animals.

  • Winter Wonderland (Late November - New Year): Cape May shines during the holidays! Experience the world-famous West Cape May Christmas Parade, enchanting Winter Wonderland displays at Congress Hall, and the entire town festively decorated. Unlike other shore towns, Cape May stays vibrant throughout the holidays, offering a charming escape for travelers seeking holiday cheer.

We understand the importance of a smooth arrival. Coastline Realty offers a variety of check-in options to fit your needs, including contactless check-in if you prefer. Our friendly staff is also happy to accommodate a wide range of special requests whenever possible. Just ask your rental agent or our office team for details!

Yes we most certainly do! We have a secure after hours check-in process that is in a well lit location at our office. It is secure and details can be provided to you on your arrival date so you can access your check-in information & keys for your vacation rental. Please notify us if you will be checking in after hours the day of or the day prior to arrival to setup an after hours arrival.

We offer a variety of convenient payment options for your vacation rental:

  • Credit Card
  • ACH Payment / Bank Transfer
  • Cash
  • Personal Check (must arrive at least 30 days before check-in)
  • Cashier's Check
  • Money Order

For payments received close to your check-in date (under 10 days to arrival) some payment methods may be unavailable close to check-in dates.

Long-Term Rentals

Absolutely, we offer year-round rentals in Cape May, Lower Township, and surrounding areas! However, due to their popularity, these rentals tend to fill up quickly.

Here's how to find your perfect year-round spot:

  • Check our listings: We recommend browsing our website regularly, as new rentals may become available.
  • Contact us: Give our office a call or submit an online inquiry. We're happy to help you find the right rental and can even add you to our waiting list.
  • Speak with an agent: Have you considered homeownership instead of renting? Our experienced agents can help you explore the possibility of homeownership. They can provide resources for first-time homebuyers, connect you with lenders to determine your pre-qualification amount, and guide you through the buying process.

Absolutely! While Coastline Realty itself doesn't provide notary services, we have several agents on staff who are Notaries Public. To schedule an appointment with one of them, please call our office at 609-884-5005 and we'll be happy to connect you with them.
