Lovely and spacious Coastal Cottage only a few houses from Delaware Bay.

Sunsets and strolls along the Bay/Beach are just steps away as you enjoy your stay in this 4 bed/3 bath Bay Block Coastal Cottage built in 2019. This home offers modern amenities in a warm yet open and bright setting. Entering the home you will find the living and dining area that family and friends can gather. There is plenty of room to cook and eat inside or out in the gorgeous kitchen, at the large dining table, kitchen island or outside using the provided BBQ grill and relax and eat on the porch or under the pergola after grilling up some steak or fresh seafood! There are two bedrooms on the first floor...one being the master bedroom (king bed) and having a private bath (shower only). The laundry room (with washer & dryer) are also located on the first level.The additional bedroom on first floor offers a queen bed with shared bathroom nearby (shower/tub combo). As you continue upstairs you'll discover the bonus entertaining area with television, board games and queen size sofa bed. Two additional bedrooms both having queen beds and one shared bathroom (tub only) are also on this level. There is off-street parking (for at least 3-4 cars, stacked).

Don't forget to check out all the fun happenings nearby at the Exit Zero Ferry Park for dining/entertainment/concerts and more just a couple miles away or stroll down to Harpoons on the Bay and bring along your pooch too and watch the sunset while having a drink along the water! Well behaved dogs welcome ($275 pet fee for dogs only under 25 lb. Additional dog must be preapproved). Pillows and blankets provided are at the home but linens and towels are NOT provided. $260 cleaning fee on all stays. 3 night minimum stay during off-season.
