This renovated 3-story Victorian Gingerbread Cottage (circa 1869) is one of the Stockton Row homes in Cape May. The house is just steps to the beach, its about 1/2 a block away. You are located directly in town, in the Historic District, so theres no need to move the car. Restaurants, Shopping, Theaters, Tours, and the Washington Street Mall (outside walking mall) are located within a 4 block radius of the house. Enjoy the sounds of the horse drawn carriages pass by the house as you relax on the front porch. This house is perfect for one family or two.If you re planning on cooking during your stay there is plenty of seating for everyone in the dining room. Parking is quite difficult in Cape May and this house is unique as it has parking for 3 cars behind the property. The first floor of this property consists of your living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. The second floor offers a master bedroom with full bathroom, two other bedrooms and a hall bathroom. The third floor offers three bedrooms and a hall bathroom.
Linens are INCLUDED at this property. This includes, sheets and bath towels included in the turnover service. The homeowner also offers a beach box for you to leave your beach items in at the end of your beach day. There are numerous beach chairs and one beach umbrella left for you to use during your stay.
$500 Security Deposit will be added to all reservations. $500 Cleaning Fee will be added to all reservations.

Property is listed with Coastline Realty, LLC. a separate lease will be provided for tenant to sign between LANDLORD and TENANT. This property requires a $500 refundable security deposit.
This property has a shared driveway with the hotel behind the house. The hotel accepts deliveries through the driveway and trash pick up and you cannot block the driveway at any time. The neighbor also shares the driveway to park behind their house.

Annual family vacation
This house is great for our large family. The location is great for its proximity to the beach, especially with kids under five years old. The expansive kitchen is perfect for cooking large meals and the dining room seating enabled us to all sit down together. We’ve already booked our third stay for next summer
