The complex features a heated pool with an enclosed shower, exercise room, BBQ grills with tables and chairs for carefree eating in the evening. Beach tags and chairs are available but not guaranteed. 2 homes from the beachfront it is an easy walk to the promenade/beach also close to many restaurants and the Washington Street Mall.
Due to Covid-19 safety reasons: Owner will only be supplying pillows, pillow protectors and mattress protectors. Tenant is responsible for all other linens.
