Don't forget binoculars for viewing the swimming dolphin pods or flying exotic birds that are visiting the Delaware Bay! Family restaurants featuring live music and overlooking memorable sunsets are all within walking distance. Historic Town Bank is the first settlement in New Jersey founded in 1632 by whalers. It is just a short drive to the center of Victorian Cape May City, a National Historic Landmark site and "Nation's Oldest Seashore Resort." Many area attractions await including Cape May Promenade, Wildwood Boardwalk, Wineries & Breweries, Historical Museums, Whale Watch Cruises, Zoo and many Seasonal Events. In addition to the rental fee there is a $400 refundable security deposit, $65 processing fee to Coastline Realty LLC. The cleaning fee for a rental is $200. Security deposit cannot be paid by credit card. Linens and towels are not provided, guests are requested to bring their own. Amenities include washer and dryer.

Wonderful weekend getaway
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely ranch style home. Kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were so comfy. 2-3 blocks to the bay and 2 nice sized decks to enjoy. Will definitely rent again! Lynn and Al Fekete
