Offering Seven bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms this home sleeps up thirteen people comfortably. As you walk up to the home you are greeted by a beautiful front porch with seating to enjoy watching the horse and carriages go down Howard Street. Inside there is a beautiful living area and a grand staircase. The living room features plenty of seating, built in fireplace and a framed television. The dining room is set up for six people to dine comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped, with wall ovens, stove top, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and breakfast bar with seating for four. There is a butler's pantry with a sink and a bedroom on the first floor. Bedroom one includes one twin bed and a private bathroom with tiled shower. On the Second floor there are four bedrooms. The front of the house is bedroom two (master suite ) with a king size bed. There is a shared bathroom off the master. This bathroom includes a tub and shower combination. Bedroom three connects to this bathroom. Bedroom three includes a day bed with trundle (two twins).Bedroom four includes a full size bed. Bedroom five includes a queen size bed. There is an updated hallway bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The second floor is complete with a covered deck. On the third floor there are two matching twin rooms (four twins) and a half bathroom in the hallway. Outside enjoy a private outside shower and a private yard. One parking spot is available in the shared stacked driveway with home next door. This spot is best suited for cars who do not plan to move during their stay. Other amenities include pillows and light coverlets on the beds. ALL GUEST MUST BRING THEIR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS FOR THEIR STAY. The home includes six beach chairs, two umbrellas and some beach toys. This home does NOT provide beach tags. This home also accepts pets 25 lbs and under please confirm all pet requests with the owner. 207 Howard Street is steps to The Chalfonte Hotel, .1 to Howard Street Beach and .4 miles to The Washington Street Mall for shopping and dining. Check in time for this home is 3:00PM pm check out 10:00AM. This property is rented through Coastline Realty LLC Extra fees include $65 Processing Fee, $500 Security Deposit, $350 Cleaning Fee, $150 Per Pet Fee and an optional vacation insurance "Vacation Standard Protector" Tenant Cancellation Policy.

Beautiful and Comfortable Home
The home was bright and clean. One of our favorite things was to lounge on 1 of the 2 porches and people watch or listen to the live music coming from the porch of the Chalfont. The living room couches are so comfortable, as are the beds. The kitchen is well-equipped too. The home is a lovely combination of Victorian Cape May and modern comforts.
