The first floor consists of: A master bedroom with A King bed with an attached bathroom with tub/shower combination. The master bedroom has a deck that over looks the front garden. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed and two twin beds (for a total of 4 twin beds). The third bedroom or sitting room offers a queen sofa bed and has sliders to the screened porch. The first level also offers a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
For Season 2025 the bunk bed will be removed from the one bedroom. That bedroom will now have two twin beds and one twin trundle bed.
The second floor offers a great room with open living spaces between the living room, dining area and kitchen. There is a deck off the living room. Upstairs also offers a powder room and a master bedroom. The master bedroom on this floor offers a King bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The homeowners of this property leave behind a few beach chairs and a beach umbrella for guests to use during their stay.
The homeowners do provide bed-spreads and pillows for guests to use at the property but guests must bring their own sheets and towels.
