The washer and dryer are also on the first level. Outside you'll find a screened in the patio area with dining table and chairs. Upstairs has the additional three bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner will be supplying pillows, blankets, duvets, and bathmats. tenants are to bring their own linens and towels for their stay. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach equipment, no need to bring those.

There is one parking space in the driveway and street parking available. 316 Brainard is .01 mile to Brainard Avenue Beach, .7 mile walk to the Light House and 2.7 miles to the center of Cape May's Washington Street Mall restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
