The ground level consists of a spacious mezzanine living room with a queen sleeper sofa, laundry area, half bathroom, and one bedroom. The ground level bedroom has bunk beds (singles) and one queen size bed Heading up to the second main-living level is an additional living space, a dedicated indoor dining area, a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals, and an enclosed sunroom. Off the sunroom is a private rear deck with outdoor dining and a natural gas grill for the chef in the family.
The third and final floor has three bedrooms and both full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bedroom with attached bathroom and the two other bedrooms each have one double bed. The third-floor open deck is accessible from two of the bedrooms, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach! This quiet neighborhood setting offers a relaxing retreat after a day of adventure in the coastal towns of Cape May, the Wildwoods, Avalon, and Stone Harbor.
Leave your worries behind! This property includes six beach chairs, one beach umbrella, beach toys, and high chair for your use. Rinse off the sand with ease in the convenient enclosed outdoor shower after a fun-filled day at the beach. Central air conditioning keeps you cool on hot summer days and is in each room on the second and third levels. The ground floor living space and ground floor bedroom are heated and cooled by the main living area's HVAC units. The property has two inflated queen size air mattresses and one standard crib, which may be used at the Tenant's discretion.
Bring your ferry friend along for the trip! We welcome well-behaved pets with an optional pet fee of $150 per dog. When booking please include a note at the time of booking as to how many pets you have in your reservation and their breed/weights.
All reservations will be a $250 cleaning fee and $65 processing fee included on the lease. All reservations are handled by Coastline Realty LLC and we'll contact you after placing a booking with the lease and booking information within 24 hours. This property supplies pillows for guests. All guests will need to bring with them or rent from a local linen company, blankets, sheets, bath towels, and beach towels for their stay. Check in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

There’s a long list of likes with this property: charming wood panel ceilings with fans, cozy accents, and chef worthy kitchen with Calaphon cookware and fresh herb pots in front of the home. The house is a stone’s throw to the private bay beach. The owners/realtor were very thoughtful with kitchen gadgets. For five stars (and we’re picky), we’d love a dishwasher, a second tv, 2 more queen beds rather than tired fulls. And newer carpet upstairs. Loved this house and would stay again in a heartbeat.
