Charming cottage just outside of Cape May Point. Easily bike or drive to the beach. Enjoy Sunset Beach just down the road and get some ice cream, play some mini golf, hit the beach or watch the sunset. The property is large which sets you off the street and gives you a huge back yard to relax in. Enter into your spacious living room (fireplace is not hooked up). Down the hall are your three bedrooms, one is attached to a half bathroom. There s also a separate dining room off the kitchen and a full bathroom. The back yard offers a large patio with grill and plenty of seating. There s a basement with the washer and dryer and also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. You ll find plenty of parking on site.

Homeowner leaves two beach chairs for guests to use during their stay. Homeowner leaves pillows but guests must bring their own blankets, sheets and bath towels.
Pets must be approved. There will be an additional $250 fee added for a dog.
