The large sun drenched kitchen boasts new 42 inch cabinetry with a cream finish and beautiful granite countertops. A dishwasher makes clean-up so easy and the large kitchen table seats everyone in comfort. Step from the kitchen into a charming living room with leather sofabed, flat screen TV and wireless internet. The 2 bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the apartment to allow for a bit of privacy. The twin bedroom peaks at the ocean while the master suite offers a four poster bed, private bath with clawfoot tub and secluded porch. The main bath is brand new with a beautiful 42 inch shower, vanity and stained glass window. Don t forget the front porch with its row of rocking chairs, crashing waves and passing trolleys!

This homeowner does not supply blankets. All guests must bring blankets, sheets and towels for use during their stay.

This property is pet friendly for small dogs under 25lbs between the dates of October 1st and May 13th. A pet fee of $150 will be charged per reservation if you are bringing a dog. Between the dates of May 15th and September 30th dogs are not permitted at the property.

Each reservation will also have a $150 cleaning fee due.
