The first floor has a den with a pull-out sofa that is a Queen. The second floor has three bedrooms all with 1 King bed in each. The second floor has one more bedroom with two twins. The third floor has three bedrooms each with 1 Queen bed. The third floor has one more bedroom with two queen beds. The third floor has one more Loft bedroom that you walk through to get to the other bedrooms. That bedroom has one full bed and one twin bed.

This homeowner provides by Steger Beach Services a Cabana for guest to use while at the beach. The owner tries to get the Cabana near Jefferson Street beach but this is left at the discretion of Steger Beach Services. Owner also offers two beach umbrellas and 8 beach chairs that are at the house for guests to use during their stay.
